He brings valuable experience from previous experience within tunneling and waterproofing and a deep understanding of Protan. Frank is excited to contribute to the development of a new business area at Protan, working in a global organization and collaborating with people from different cultures. His main goal is to build a profitable and strong business area by delivering quality and creating a good structure for customer deliveries.

Frank describes himself as loud, enthusiastic, goal-driven, authentic, and empathetic. He aims to create momentum within the organization and ensure a strong internal focus on tunneling and waterproofing in Protan.

“We will make Protan a global player in the tunneling and waterproofing market. It is an investment we are making, and I look forward to developing this together with many good colleagues”.

Frank is motivated by the people he meets, the unity within the office, and the energy of the workplace. He finds personal motivation in gaining trust and responsibility to develop new initiatives. For Frank, passion is the most important value, as it drives responsibility, quality, and collaboration. He appreciates working in a family-owned company where employees are close to the owners and can significantly influence development. He values the responsibility and new challenges that come with his role.
