After more than 13 years as CEO of Protan Group, Erik Øyno is stepping down from his role

Under Erik Øyno’s leadership, Protan has more than doubled its turnover, and profitability has increased significantly more.
“Protan is an exciting company with great opportunities ahead, and after more than 13 years as a leader, I think a change is healthy. I look forward to new opportunities and challenges where I can use my experience and expertise,” says Erik Øyno.
CFO Ole Morten Broch-Nielsen has been appointed acting CEO of Protan with effect from 1 February 2025. Erik Øyno will be available to the board and the management team throughout the notice period. The Board of Directors of Protan is now initiating a structured internal and external search for a permanent CEO.
