The polyester textile undergoes a knitted fabrication rather than weaving, aimed at reducing the extent and dimensions of potential damage or tears. This textile, and consequently the membrane, exhibits greater radial strength compared to axial strength due to its air pressure attributes.

The system features a fully automated welding process and incorporates PVC eyelets for enhanced functionality.
